Low carb diets, YES, beneficial

My favorite kind of research! Remember though, paleo isn’t necessarily low carb, it’s low crap! Paleo doesn’t include what most that follow the SAD (standard American diet) consider carbs (bread, pasta, rice, other grains, etc.). There are plenty of healthy and natural ways to include clean carbs in your diet (sweet potatoes, squashes, fruits, vegetables – these are all carbs).
