  • Two 100% cacao chocolate bars

  • 1/2 cup grass fed butter

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar. Substitutes (honey, maple syrup, stevia) work but change the taste and texture. I recommend trying it with brown sugar first so you have a good comparison to go by.

Add-ins are fun! Chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, your favorite nuts, etc. are all options.


  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together (about 2 minutes in the microwave), stir until well blended and smooth

  2. Beat eggs and add to butter and chocolate mixture

  3. Add brown sugar to butter, chocolate and eggs, stir until well blended and smooth

  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan. You can grease the pan with butter or oil. I typically use avocado oil. 

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. It's done when you stick a knife in the center and it comes out fairly clean. 

  6. Let cool and serve!
