When there are chronic skin rashes, the imbalances at the heart of the problem are not food-fixable.
That makes nutrient supplements an important part of the process to restore balance and heal the skin.

Oral use
MegaSpore is safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, does not require refrigeration, and can be taken with or without food.
Increase the dose slowly. It’s potent. At 2 years of age and up, work up to the full 2 capsules per day dose. Under 2 years of age, work up to 1 capsule daily.
Week 1: Take ½ capsule every day
Week 2: Take 1 capsule every day (stay here if under 2 years old)
Week 3: Take 1 ½ capsules every day
Week 4: Take 2 capsules every day
For infants, add MegaSpore to breast milk or formula. Moms can also sprinkle a little on the nipple when nursing.
You can open capsules and put the flavorless powder in a smoothie, sprinkle on food, etc. (cool, tepid, room temperature is fine, hot is not).
Sensitive people may want to start smaller and increase the dose even slower.
Topical use

Functional Labs
Functional testing is an important piece of the puzzle for your child to have healthy skin and a childhood free from disruptive skin symptoms. It’s so important that it’s included with my programs.
